Return Shipping Charges:

2. Replacement Policy
Eligibility for Replacement:

Only for defective or damaged products.

Request must be made within 2 days from the delivery date.

Product should be in original condition with packaging intact.
How to Request a Replacement:

Email support@revacarry.in with your order number, reason, and photos of the defect/damage.

Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement.
Replacement Time Frame:

After your replacement is approved, the pickup of the defective product and dispatch of the new product will be completed within 10 days.

Total process will take around 10 days from approval.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send images clearly showing the defect/damage.
